In the first of our new online Seminars Henry Hathaway will be looking at what the potential actions to contain the virus may mean for your project or site, how should you react to closures, non-supply and self-isolation from suppliers and workforce whilst maintaining the integrity of the contract and your contractual obligations? He will also address the issues of cashflow and risk of insolvency
COVID 19, Force Majeure, Frustration & The Insurers Response

Jon Sharp will be looking at the contractual position if a closure is forced upon a site, for example by COVID 19 (the Corona Virus). Where do you stand in terms of your insurance policy – is this specifically included in your T’s & C’s, are you covered for this type of closure, what should you be doing now to ensure coverage? What is the Insurance Market’s advice?
