We provide you with the Law Firm infrastructure to do your job; you work under the Silver Law LLP brand and we provide you with access to our cloud-base case management system, central billing support, central support team and access to case law.
Although you may be a consultant we want you to feel part of the team.
There may be opportunities to work with other consultants when required on larger projects and also to get advice from experienced practitioners on issues of law, commercial aspects, business development and other matters. You may also be asked to help guide the growth and direction of the Firm.
You will also be invited to monthly compliance updates, receive case law updates and regular communications from the Senior Partner, Richard Silver.
It is important that consultants meet and build their network. To support this we hold networking events throughout the year, bringing all consultants together so that you can build relationships and contacts.
Cloud-Based Case Management System – you will have access to our cloud-base case management system, which has automated processes and templates. It is easy to use and allows you to do your job and not be stressed by administrative tasks.
Develop Your Practice – you will be supported by our Marketing and Business Development team and have access to marketing channels that play to your strengths and help you build your brand: articles, events, online seminars and vlogs.
Secretarial & Paralegal Support – all consultants have access to legal secretarial and paralegal support. You will have 8 hours of free legal secretarial support each month, additional support is chargeable.
Central Credit Control – the credit control process is automated so you do not have the stress of chasing for payments. If we do need to a contact client this will be done by the central credit control team, they will liaise with the client and update you of any payment plans agreed.
Access To Practical Law & Westlaw – you will have free of charge access to Practical Law and Westlaw precedents, allowing you to have access to the latest in case law covering every area of practice.

Financial – you will be in control of what you earn. We don’t set targets, you set your own targets and we help you to achieve your earning potential.
Your earning potential depends on your commitment and drive and not on your experience or position in the firm.
You set your own fee structure with your Clients and can earn between 60% and 75% of the monies billed and paid. The remainder goes to Silver Law LLP to cover the costs of providing the law firm infrastructure.
For work that is passed to you, you will receive between 40% and 60% of the monies billed and paid.
In addition, we offer an incentivised referral scheme, so you earn at least 15% on the referral to other Silver Law Lawyers.
Example: a consultant who has a following of £150,000 and has a fee sharing arrangement of 60% could earn £90,000
Flexibility – unlike a traditional Law Firm we do not expect you to work set hours.
We understand the importance of a work life balance and so we encourage our Lawyers to work from home and work the hours that they want.
We welcome legal professionals who are skilled, ambitious and want to run their own practices without the stress of the administration.
You need to be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
You need to be passionate about what you do and ensure that Clients receive a professional service at all times. Client care is key to our reputation so we do monitor Client feedback and take complaints seriously.
As a consultant you will also need to bring your own client following, and have the confidence to win new clients too. This can be daunting, however we have a strong Marketing and Business Development team who can support you to write articles, run online seminars and vlogs.
If you can attract clients and have a large following, as a consultant you can potentially double your salary.
