Our Lawyers are in control of what they earn. We don’t set them targets, our Lawyers set their own targets and we help them to achieve their earning potential. Their earning potential depends on their commitment and drive and not by their experience or position in the firm.
They set their own fee structure with their Clients and they earn between 60% and 75% of the monies billed and paid. The remainder goes to Silver Shemmings Ash to cover the costs of the law firm infrastructure.
For work that is passed to them, they receive between 55% and 60% of the monies billed and paid.
In addition, we offer an incentivised referral scheme, which sees them earn at least 15% on the referral to other Silver Shemmings Ash Lawyers.
Our Lawyers chose where they work from and work the hours that they want.
Our lawyers can be based anywhere they want, and when they are in London, they can work from our office in the City of London, which offers hot desks and meeting rooms for Client meetings.
