  • Advising client landlord to appeal Lands Chamber Right to Manage Decision. The appeal was successful with the Court of Appeal unanimously holding that a Right To Manage Company can only acquire the management of a single building and not all residential buildings on the estate.
  • Acting on behalf of a Property Developer in Section 8 CPR proceedings against multiple parties for Specific Performance of Sales Contracts
  • Successfully acting for defendant landlords in a trial involving the lease of a luxury, high rent residential property where the tenant alleged breaches of the landlords repairing covenants and withheld rent and claimed damages for breaches of covenants
  • Successfully acting for the Defendant in Charity Law proceedings (High Court) concerning the purchase of a property
  • Recovery of Section 106 Town and Country Planning Act contributions on behalf of national property developers
  • Successful applications for the recovery of 100% of the Landlord Clients legal fees from the First Tier Tribunal
  • Successfully renegotiating contentious Telecom rooftop leases
  • Successfully negotiating significant premiums for client landlord in Right of Light disputes
