Michael has over 35 years’ experience as a commercially focused Property Lawyer working in the City of London, with a broad range of Commercial Property experience working with property companies, high net worth individuals, offshore trusts and property investors. He advises on all aspects of Commercial Property for both Landlord and Tenant including acquisitions and disposals, lettings, portfolio management, requirements of occupiers, and corporate support. Michael is also experienced in Residential Property matters.
Michael has a loyal and long-standing client and contact following, and some clients have instructed him regularly over the past 20 years. His clients include property companies, private investors with a large portfolio as well as relationships with asset managers and commercial property agents.
Michael has been interviewed by The Times about partnerships with SME businesses and how lawyers and clients should build up their relationship with each other. He is often asked to liaise with other professionals on specific projects and provide more general commercial advice to his clients
