Our fees are reflective of all the legal work involved in the purchase of your new property. This is made up of two elements;
A fixed fee quote provided at the outset of the transaction is based on numerous factors including property valuation, location and any additional work involved based on the information you provide. A summary of our fees is set out below;

The estimates given above do not include stamp duty land tax which pay be payable by your depending on the purchase price of your property, whether you are a first time buyer and whether the property will be your primary residence. We can give you a calculation of your stamp duty liability once we have further information on your circumstances and the property.
Additional fees pay be payable depending on the nature of the property and complexity of the transaction;
Our estimated fees assume that the transaction will complete in a timely manner and not become unduly protracted and there are no unreasonable delays from third parties.
Our service will not include advice on the value of the property, suitability of your mortgage and other financial products, physical inspection of the property, planning advice, advice on any contaminated land implications revealed by searches, tax advice other than SDLT.
